Creating an optimal employee experience is of strategic importance for HR: it ensures a perfect onboarding of new employees and the 'binding' of talents to your organization. Ideally, engaged employees ensure engaged customers and therefore growth of the organization. HR has experience with the use of a (bi)annual employee satisfaction survey (MTO), but in practice (too) little is done with the results. It is also often 'looking back' and hardly contributes to adjusting the employee experience. The message from GrowPromoter: this can and must be done differently!
