Assess data arrangements, not just location
European hosting alone is not a full privacy assessment. Review processing agreements, subprocessors, access from other countries and applicable law. Qualtrics publishes its subprocessors; this does not prove every customer stores data in the United States. Consult your privacy or legal adviser.
