Ideally, engaged employees ensure engaged customers and therefore growth of the organization. HR has experience with the use of a (bi)annual employee satisfaction survey (MTO), but in practice (too) little is done with the results. It is also often 'looking back' and hardly contributes to adjusting the employee experience.
